Preparation Videos for Final
First Practice Conversation Reflection
The greatest tool I have used to enhance my vocabulary is doing the weekly videos with partners because of the required vocabulary for our scripts. I learned many new words that have definitely benefited me throughout Spanish 1 and I believe it was the most helpful vocab learning tool. I am encouraging myself and motivating myself by practicing almost every day, which builds up my confidence to where I feel capable of performing. Practicing increases my confidence and definitely motivates me to do my best. I encourage my partner by practicing with them and constantly telling them to take your time and relax. I try to be as encouraging as possible. My goals in these conversations are to have a clearly discussed topic and make sure I remember EVERYTHING I need to ask or respond back to my partner. Another goal is to talk slow and make sure I take in everything my partner has responded with. I feel extremely comfortable talking in Spanish compared to the first day because I have learned so much and I never would have imagined on the first day, that with a semester of learning I can talk to anyone in Spanish for 5, or more minutes.

Second Practice Conversation Reflection
The greatest tool I have used to enhance my vocabulary is utilizing a Spanish dictionary for my required weekly Spanish videos and finding a wide selection of vocabulary from making those weekly Spanish videos, midterm video, and the Final. I have learned the most from those videos and they have allowed me to have a 5 minute, or even more, conversation with anyone. I motivated myself for this final by practicing for the whole day, after school, and one day I utilized every hour leading up to this final, to make sure I remembered everything I wanted to say. I feel very comfortable speaking in Spanish to a stranger or my family for about 5 or more minutes and I cant believe I am able to do this after only one semester of Spanish. I am stunned by the amount of vocabulary I learned and how much dedication it took. I hope to someday sing music in Spanish and to try to pronounce the words correctly and talk about the music I write. I chose my partner because we both had the same goals and ideas towards our conversation and I believe this was a great partnership. We both put in an extreme amount of effort and i'm glad I chose this partner for our Final. I have watched television in Spanish and music because of my heritage. My mom watches Spanish television sometimes and listens to music in Spanish. She influenced me and I got used to that music when I was little. I doubled my work ethic for Spanish because it was a language I was very passionate about and I believe with practicing with my family after school, practicing with friends after school, and increasing your vocabulary, that all benefited me in this class. Those are tips I would recommend for any student coming into Spanish 1 to utilize.
